Returns within 30 days - No return fees
To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the Original Packaging. Simply contact support@acuel.com with your order number and Product Photos.
Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
* You must have purchased the product or service from our company.
* The product or service must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
* The request for a refund must be made within the specified time period.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the specified time period. We will review your request and, if approved, will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 workdays of receiving the request. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

* Personalized or custom-made items
* Clearance or sale items
* Products or services that have been used or altered
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is defective.
If you would like to exchange a product for another one, please contact our customer service team within the specified time period. We will review your request and, if approved, will initiate the exchange process. The product being returned must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
